Anniversary Update : Day 4
Been a hectic few days here for the staff and myself. We have been overseeing the hand out of random give-aways, making sure the Pirates stay in line in the Mech Zones and keeping up with the nightly handouts and collating the entries for the end of week reward.
Planet Docking Rewards
Of Note, so far in the first 72 hours of the Anniversary week we have tracked 1,307 Dockings at the seven Party locations dotted around the Universe of CE. This has lead to 231,479 units of Coops Resource Stash being handed out. Tonights docking list is already growing and looks like it might be a bumper docking list.
Party Droids
So far the Party Week Droids have handed out 1,019 Prizes to captains who have matched images! That’s a LOT of loot being handed out and its only day Four!
Forum Prizes
We have handed out over 70 Prizes via the forums so far since the start. 2 More competitions were added yesterday in-case you missed them!
Hand in the Air to Win
Meanwhile in IRC (Chat) we have given out 234 ‘Arm in the Air to Win’ Prizes! Ranging from Large Festive Mechs packs to 1 Month PA’s and 10 Year Anniversary Tokens. If you want to be in with a chance to win for simply waving an arm in the air keep tuned to the Chat or an eye on the header news in game. (Shouts show up in Yellow, or for the VI begin with ‘##’)
Pirate Mech War
Mech Wise after a slow start you have started to pull the scores back, slowly but surely. Currently the scores sit on Pirates 428 VS Players 293. This means I will be shortly handing out the Second wave of Fuel Depot rewards of 1,000 Fuel to every man woman and child on the server

PrimeMcNee is collating all the Docking tickets I send to him form each days Docking lists and compiling a daily tally for his end of week Prize Draw. He has some great prizes, some from his own pocket, some from fellow captains donations and some from my own Stash.
Either way you need to be Docking at the assigned planets for the Anniversary this week to be entered into the Prize Draw,

This is actually the “perfect” example of how this game is run. Just doing some simple things (that don’t take much time) allows each and every player to get some really nice rewards.
And while this anniversary might be slightly more rewarding than day-to-day “business”, that only means this event will net you that much more extra resources, mech parts, and assorted other stuff – a little like getting a huge bowl of free ice cream instead of “only” a medium one.
Getting older or having an anniversary – never too easy when you recognize wht it means. All those years with those players, how to male it a win – win?
